Orient Paper Inc. ("Orient Paper" or "the Company") is one of the leading and rapidly growing paper companies in Hebei Province, China. The Company initially manufactured packaging paper when it was founded in 1996. Since then the Company has expanded its product portfolio to include higher quality paper products. In 2003, the Company began producing printing paper with diverse specifications and, beginning in early 2010, the Company began producing digital photo paper. Orient Paper has two locations within Xushui County, Baoding City, Hebei Province and serves over 100 packaging and printing companies and paper products distributors with a diverse product offering, including corrugating medium paper, high-grade offset printing paper, medium-grade offset printing paper, and digital photo paper.

A majority of Orient Paper's products are distributed to customers in Beijing, Tianjin, and the Hebei Province. Beijing and Tianjin are the cultural capitals of China and two of the major industrial centers in China. The demands for paper and paper packaging materials in this region have exhibited strong and continued growth and provide not only a growing customer base but also a stable source of raw materials for the Company. Almost all of the Company's raw materials come from scrap paper and cardboard that is recycled from printing companies and other manufacturers in this region. Orient Paper's strategic location provides the Company easy access to its customer base and sources of raw materials. The Company enjoys relatively lower distribution and procurement costs, enhancing its profitability.
